Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors including Stripe. StudioCo.AI does not directly store full payment card numbers.

4. AI Systems & Automated Processing

StudioCo.AI may utilise artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, automation tools, and large language models in connection with the Services. Information submitted through the Services may be processed using third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and related AI or cloud providers.

Users should not submit passwords, banking credentials, protected health information, highly sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information without permission, regulated financial information, or unlawful materials.

Users acknowledge that AI systems may produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs, AI-generated outputs require human review, submitted information may be processed through external AI infrastructure, and AI systems are probabilistic and not error-free.

5. Client Responsibility for Submitted Information

Users are solely responsible for all information, files, prompts, materials, and data submitted through the Services. Users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to submit such information, have obtained any necessary permissions or consents, and will not submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorised materials.

StudioCo.AI is not responsible for information submitted in error, accidental uploads, inaccurate submissions, or user failure to remove sensitive data prior to submission. Users submit information at their own discretion and risk.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Services, improve functionality, analyse traffic and usage, personalise content, measure advertising performance, and conduct remarketing campaigns. We may use tools including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Mailchimp, and other advertising and analytics technologies.

Users can modify browser settings to limit cookies; however, portions of the Services may not function properly without them.

We may send promotional emails, newsletters, updates, marketing communications, and service-related notices. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

Even if users opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional or service-related communications.

However, no method of internet transmission, AI processing, cloud storage, or electronic system can be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

StudioCo.AI operates from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed toward children under 13 years of age. StudioCo.AI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13, we may delete such information.
